JNM 2023

Östra Roddistriktsförbundet is proud to have been entrusted with arranging the Open Nordic Rowing Championships for Juniors on behalf of the Swedish Rowing Federation and the Nordic Rowing Federation during Farstarodden 2023.

We welcome member nations and clubs to Stockholm's Rowing Venue, lake Magelungen, to compete and socialize. We are hoping for good weather and good race conditions.

Traffic rules during competition:

For 2000 m and 1000 m races:
Warm up area is from 100-900 m from the starting pontoon, rowing inside the lanes towards the finish and outside the lanes towards the start

For 500 m and 250 m races, and cool down:
Warm-up/cool-down area is between 1100 m and 1750 counted from the starting pontoon, rowing inside the lanes towards the finish and outside the lanes towards the start.
